Mhotkey Exe Download

Not sure if I need to post in this forum, but here goes. Recently I posted in the security forum for trojans and viruses and got help there. After completing their instructions my Internet browser seems to run some better until I tried downloading all of Microsofts security patches, it wouldn't download most of them, said it failed. I tried downloading a mp3 file from WinMx and was unable to do that also. It says it's unable to recieve incoming TCI connections. I'm unsure what this is, but I'm guessing that's why I can't download all of microsofts security patches as well. Im on dial up and when trying to connect to the internet the first try says it fails due to no dial tone. I disconnect the pc from the phone jack and reconnect it and try dial up again and it goes through and connects me. I have to do this everytime I try connecting to the internet. Before I noticed when trying to download a mp3 file from WinMx, it was a lot slower than usual, now it won't let me at all due to the TCIP connection. Can anyone tell me what is going on here, this is getting so frustrating. Could WinMx be doing something to my system? Here is a copy of my hijackthis log. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone tell me what the last two listings of my hijackthis log is all about. The O17-Name Server. To me, they both look suspicious, but I am not the expert here, I just don't remember them from previous hijackthis log files. Again thanks for the help in advance.
